These are some of my top favorite supplements for men's fertility and sperm health. There are many things that can support sperm, so if you want you can see my comprehensive list here ! If Needed's Sperm Support + is backordered, you can order on the Needed site directly here. FH Pro is a multi with added sperm supportive nutrients such as L-carnitine and CoQ10. Pro-Thrivers contains antioxidants which are essential to protect sperm from the oxidative damage that destroys them. Ashwaganda has been shown to improve sperm quality and count and it helps with stress and boosting testosterone. Glutathione is a major antioxidant and helps your body detox toxic chemicals. Omega 3's are wonderful for sperm as they are a key building block in sperm. CoQ10 is a powerful antioxidant that improves sperm quality. Having a healthy microbiome is essential for optimal health, including fertility and sperm health, which is why I recommend the Needed Sperm Support + which contains pre/probiotics as well as other nutrients for sperm health. Acetyl-L carnitine is wonderful for the mitochondria and sperm health, especially if low motility or morphology. Ideal ratio is L-carnitine:   2 g/day + Acetyl-L-carnitine:   1 g/day. Remember, supplements are only part of the equation. To learn more about what other dietary and lifestyle things you can do to improve sperm health, as well as what tests to run to assess your fertility, check out the male fertility courses at Womanhood Wellness. Remember to ALWAYS consult your doctor before starting any supplement. PCOS is considered a syndrome which is a collection of symptoms. This symptom picture does not look the exact same in every woman who is struggling with PCOS. There are some common underlying causes as well, but this is not the same in every woman either. It's important to work with your doctor and use laboratory findings to figure out your unique imbalances and root causes. Many of the supplements below work on multiple factors within PCOS, and some are more targeted. For instance, if you have higher insulin and a metabolic syndrome-type picture, you may benefit from something like berberine, but if you don't, that one may not be necessary. If you have elevated androgens, such as testosterone and DHEA-S, as indicated by acne and unwanted hair growth usually, the White Peony and Saw Palmetto in the Ova Blend would be helpful. Inositol helps with the ovarian response, insulin resistance, and lowering androgens and can improve irregular LH and FSH ratios. Ubiquinol (CoQ10) is an anti-oxidant to support ovary health as well as the insulin response. Omega 3's are anti-oxidants, they support the insulin response, and ovulation. Adrenal adaptogenic herbs are especially important for women who have higher DHEA-S and stress is a key piece of your picture. Testoquench helps reduce testosterone if that is a part of your PCOS picture. So always consult with your doctor and know your root cause while supporting PCOS. And remember, diet, exercise, and lifestyle factors are pivotal in supporting PCOS, so don't ignore these! Remember to ALWAYS consult your doctor before starting any supplement. You would not need to take all of these to support your immune system, but I included a few different options. For example, you could get extra vitamin C in a powder (C+BioFizz Powder from Designs for Health) or in a liquid (Liposomal Vitamin C from Seeking Health). The Xlear spray is a nasal spray I recommend using preventatively anytime you are going somewhere where you could be exposed, such as flying, a crowded place, grocery store, etc. My essentials would be the Needed Immune Support, Liposomal Vitamin C, and Xlear and if I started feeling sick, I would immediately take the homeopathic Aconite and then I would add in the Immune Active and a Probiotic (either Needed or Metagenics Immune). Remember this is not medical advice, I am not diagnosing or treating any illness. Always consult with your doctor before starting any new supplement or remedy.

Be sure to stop any of the following the day before your embryo transfer pregnancy:  Inflammatone and inflammation support  Stress support products  L-arginine CoQ10 Shatavari F or the full list of additional add-on supplements click here. The goal of preparing for an embryo transfer isn't to optimize egg quality anymore but to balance a woman's hormones, optimize her microbiome, and reduce her stress. You want the message to the body to be that you are calm, optimal, and ready to get pregnant. This is a list of all of the supplements I would consider. However, you do not need to take all of these. If you have had issues with embryo transfers in the past, you may want to consider more than someone who has had successful transfers before.  For a sample simplified protocol that I would recommend to a client, click here.  To see the full list of preferred supplements that you can pick and choose add ons, click here.  Improve Endometrial Lining  Certain nutrients help improve the health of the endometrial lining, making it thick and sticky and reducing clots or stagnation.    CoQ10 (Ubiquinol) Favorite brands:  CoQ10 (Ubiquinol) by Needed CoQ10 (Ubiquinol) by Protocol for Life Balance  L-arginine Favorite brands:  L-arginine by Designs for Health L-arginine by Biotics Research  Shatavari Favorite brands: Organic India Banyon Botanicals Vitamin E Favorite brands:  Vitamin E by Integrative Therapeutics  Vitamin E by Vital Nutrients  Proteolytic enzymes Favorite brands:  Inflammatone by Designs for Health Natto-Serrazime by Designs for Health Vascuzyme by Orthomolecular Prenatal Vitamin  Favorite products  Complete Prenatal, either powder or capsules, by Needed Prenatal Multivitamin by FullWell  Optimal Prenatal by Seeking Health  ** I recommend Needed's Prenatal because it is dosed optimally in the correct forms your body can absorb.
