Megan Little, ND, NBC-HWC

Dr. Megan Little

Dr. Megan Little is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with nearly a decade of integrative clinical experience. She is licensed in Kansas and Oregon and holds a BS in Public Health, Promotion and Education. Her work centers on sleep, stress, and nervous system regulation, and she especially enjoys helping people who feel worn down and haven’t found answers elsewhere. Megan’s approach starts with the foundations: restorative sleep, whole foods, regular movement, and building resilience to stress. Supplements play a supporting role in that plan. Every product in this store is one she trusts and would recommend to her own patients, chosen with attention to quality, evidence, and how it fits into a person’s whole life. She also works alongside her patients’ other providers and never asks anyone to stop a medication without their prescriber’s support. Through her practice, Grounded, Megan offers 1:1 care, lab review, and community support for people ready to feel steady in their bodies again. Learn more at drmeganlittle.com.
