BPC-157 describes a partial sequence of amino acids naturally occurring in human gastric juices. Hi there, If you wonder what I take on a daily basis to stay healthy and fit, here's the list. Not all of these supplements may apply to you. For example, you might not need Copper Bisglycinate (I take it to balance out the Zinc Supreme, since you need Copper-to-Zinc in an approximately 2:20 ratio. But I thought it would be helpful for you to see what I take on a daily basis (supplements and brands), as some of them might be ones you will want to add to your supplement regimen. The sleep supplements I rotate in and out as needed, like the Insomnitol (both capsules and chewables) and Liposomal Melatonin (which I love for helping me fall asleep), depending on how I'm feeling at bedtime. Along with the ones listed here, I also take: HAPPY GUT | ACTIVATE PLUS HAPPY GUT | CLEANSE SHAKE HAPPY GUT | NOURISH PROTEIN HAPPY GUT | RESTORE PROBIOTIC For breakfast, I alternate making a smoothie with the Cleanse Shake or Nourish with a more hearty breakfast, like avocado gluten-free toast with eggs sunny-side-up or protein oatmeal in the winter (with either protein powder added to it).
