Healthy Hair
This protocol is designed with both internal and topical supplements and products designed to help support healthy hair growth. Healthy hair is possible with the right supplementation! Please note that this protocol contains supplements containing Biotin (B7) an important B-vitamin for hair growth, talk to you doctor before lab work and inform them that you are taking a biotin supplement as this may artificially distort lab values for some labs. Your healthcare practitioner may advise you to discontinue taking biotin supplements a few days before having lab tests done.
UTI Protocol
These doses are for active UTI's D Mannose is for symptoms. Albaplex or UT Complex can be used. Both are not needed, which ever one works best for you. A maintenance dose would be 2 a day of Albaplex or UT Complex.
