    Hello Mama, Getting the essential nutrients for a growing baby is on every pregnant woman's mind. Combining that with a balanced nutrition plan complete with anti-inflammatory foods creates the foundation of pregnancy health. I strive to educate my patients to avoid non-organic foods and minimize corn, dairy, wheat/gluten, peanuts/peanut butter, sugar and processed foods. Avoiding coffee and alcohol is crucial as well. The products below keep the focus on maximizing the critical components during a time when mama may have nausea and not adding extra things that might be hard to swallow during the peak times of nauseau. Later in the pregnancy I'll add other medicines for baby's brain and mama's energy. It's a good time to find a prenatal yoga class, do some journaling and breathwork to balance stress.
