Add this plan to the Diana's Basics Plan Hello! 🙂 This is a plan that when added to my basic plan, will help anyone working on cleaning up mycotoxins and to begin healing the lining of the mucosal barrier (the gut lining). To stop leaky gut and truly clean-up the issue of mycotoxins, gluten, dairy and alcohol along with refined sugars and fermented foods need to be removed from the diet. Mycotoxins are often seen from leaky gut, environmental factors, and as opportunistic bugs that grown because of other pathogens like bacteria and parasites.
