This 3 week comprehensive yet easy cleanse is compatible with most maintenance protocols. Detoxification that utilizes fasting and juicing comes more naturally in the warm months. In the winter deep cleansing work can still be done, but with more gentle modalities that support elimination like homeopathy, warming herbs, and fiber.
