Select either Nux vomica (depending on dairy sensitivity). Option 1: Place 5 pellets under tongue for at least 60 seconds before consuming (best to let dissolve in mouth when possible). Option 2: crush 5 pellets and put in 1-2 oz of water if unable to take by mouth.

Bravado Labs’ Histamine Block is the perfect addition to this plan, but unfortunately it is not available on full script. I chose Bravado Labs’ product specifically because many of the additives/ processing agents can be irritating for those with MCAS and this one is typically very well tolerated. It can be used after a meal that was high histamine or at the onset of MCAS symptoms. please follow the label for dosage and directions.
