"Place under right rib cage. Place towel and heating pad over cloth and rest for 30 minutes to 1 hours. Start slow. Slowly increase to more time. Start with 1x per week increase Slowly to 2-3x per week. When you are finished with Castor oil pack place back in the plastic bag and put in your refrigerator to keep cloth from becoming rancid. You can use cloth over and over again for a long period of time. I do not recommend washing and drying. If cloth becomes too soiled I recommend purchasing a new cloth."
