"I suggest keeping Estrovera on hand when you have a hot flash…it’s gold. You can take as prevention until your hot flashes are under control. I generally have clients take it based on their symptoms. When it’s bad, take hourly. When you know timewise when they start, take hour before, during and an hour after. You’ll get to a place where you'll use as you need. If they happen when you sleep, take 2-3 an hour before bed and keep the bottle on your nightstand in case you wake-up with a hot flash. If you do wake with one, take a tablet and go back to bed. "
