The gut is the foundation of health. This plan lists options for yeast, parasites, bacteria, and digestion support. It’s a parent-friendly way to target tummy troubles, food sensitivities, or recurrent “gut bugs.” (No one needs all supplements in this plan. Here are some products that could be used with the Low-Frequent-Dose chelation protocol. There are multiple options in this list. Refer to the Basic 4 recs for your child's weight below to choose what products you want to choose. Dosing for children under 100 pounds: Magnesium:  300-600 mg per day divided into four doses. Vitamin C:  500-1000 mg per day divided into four doses Vitamin E:  400-800 IU once per day (d-alpha-tocopherol, not dl-alpha-tocopherol).  Zinc*:  1 mg per pound of weight + 20 mg given once a day with food.  (Do not exceed 100 mg of zinc per day)  *Notes: Zinc should be given with food to avoid nausea. Zinc dosing once a day or in several smaller doses is fine with food.  Give at least one meal per day without supplemental zinc unless your child has PICA. Doses for an older child or teen over 100 pounds:  Magnesium*:  400-800 mg per day divided into four doses.  Vitamin C*:  1-2,000mg per day divided into 4 doses.  Vitamin E:  800-1000 IU per day taken once a day Zinc:  50-100 mg given once per day with a meal. Start with 50mg, but if they have PICA or other low zinc signs, you can use 100mg for a while to correct the deficiency.  *Magnesium and vitamin C doses can be higher. These are the minimum for detox.
