    This beginner supplement regimen is meant to open up detox pathways and slowly begin to help create balance between pathogenic and beneficial microbes in the body.     This protocol begins to ramp up detox by helping to clean out wastes and toxins stored deeper in the cells and tissues. The lymph and detox supports increase to support the heavier detox and mitigate detox symptoms. We also begin healing the gut by first helping to "clear out" bad bacteria and yeasts. Follow this plan for 1-2 months, depending on the level of mold exposure prior to detoxing.

    The supplements in this system will help a person just starting out detoxing from mold within their environment. This is phase 1, where we ensure all lymph and detox pathways are open, and we begin to support the body in moving mold and other fungal components out of the body. The goal here is not to do a heavy detox too quickly, as that can cause needless stress on the body. Pair this with a diet that is based more on fruits and veggies, with the addition of meats and healthy fats. Try to eliminate highly processed and fried foods. This protocol can be followed for 1-3 months as you begin your detox, and can be continued as the only protocol if your system is highly sensitive.
