Hi! I’m Teri Hobbs, LMT, FDNP, MCS-P, and the founder of Healthy Hobbs Wellness. My background includes more than 25 years in physical therapy, massage therapy, functional health, and microbiome-focused wellness education. My approach is simple: listen to what the body is trying to communicate, look for patterns, reduce unnecessary burdens, support healthy physiology, and give the body the resources it needs to heal. I help clients build practical routines around nourishment, digestion, nervous system support, sleep, movement, sunlight, and a healthier home environment. Rather than chasing symptoms, I focus on education, collaboration, and realistic next steps that fit each person’s life. My goal is to help you better understand your body, make confident choices, and build lasting wellness from the inside out.
