Your Postpartum Wellness Guide
19 more items in Your Postpartum Wellness GuideHey friend! Here you will find some of the items that were included in your Postpartum Wellness supplement box. The items that are not listed here can be reordered by emailing me at Heather@heathermeyerholistichealth.com or at www.heathermeyerholistichealth.com You will also find other supplements that are not included in the supplement box but are mentioned in The Postpartum Wellness Guide. Some notes: Powder Inositol is more affordable than capsules, especially if you are taking a higher amount to support OCD/Anxiety. It can be mixed with water and has a little sweetness to it. It's very easy to take. The multivitamins listed are my favorite. You can chose which you feel would be best for you. If you know you have a gene variation that effects methylation then you should absolutely get the Methyl Free Prenatal by Seeking Health. If you have a sensitive stomach or can't swallow capsule the Needed Prenatal is a yummy powder that you can use alone or mixed in with your smoothie.
