    Here are some of our favorite fish oils, here at Hello Fertility! The softgels offer good potency (so fewer caps are needed to hit our recommended 2000 mg daily). Look for the mini softgel also, if you have trouble swallowing the big softgels, and our favorite liquids are also included for those of you who would like this more economical option. The Thorne OmegaSuperb also adds stevia and has the best flavor of the liquids that I've ever had! Be sure to store that liquid fish oil in the fridge for best tasting!
