    This is a vaccine protocol that's designed to help your body clear the potential side effects that come for some people when taking the vaccine. I have provided instructions for each of the items; please note that you can take the Quercetin and the Zinc daily regardless of the protocol. However, the D3, glutathione, and two forms of Vitamin C should be started after the exposure. If you are doing a 2 dose vaccine, this protocol is meant to be done twice. Also, following the vaccine on the day of exposure, please set aside time to visit an infrared sauna. It will help with the detox pathways and put you on the road to recovery more quickly.

    What to do when you catch COVID this year Some of this you may already have in the house and you don't need to do all of this - just do the best you can. It's good to have the Viracid on hand, but otherwise, this is a general protocol to help you bounce back as quickly as possible. Viracid : 1 capsule per hour for the first 2 days Zinc: 25 - 50 mg, 1 - 2 times per day for 3 days, follow with regular dosing Vitamin C: 1000 mg, 3 - 5 times per day for 3 days, follow with regular dosing Vitamin D: 25,000 Iu's, 1 time per day for 3 days, follow with regular dosing Vitamin A: 25,000 Iu's, 1 time per day for 3 days, follow with regular dosing Quercetin: 500 mg, 3 times a day for 3 days; drop to 2 times a day for 6 weeks Melatonin: 3 mg for 3 days before bed, drop to 1 mg before bed for 6 weeks
