REST & RISE ELIXIR Rest & Rise Elixir is my evening wellness protocol designed to support calm, nighttime recovery, and a healthier stress response. This plan includes the core supplements I use in my Rest & Rise routine. For a richer, more comforting flavor, raw cacao powder may be added separately (I personally prefer it this way) , while cinnamon (just a pinch), maple syrup, or honey can be used as optional add-ins based on your taste. To make it, fill a cup with milk or water as your measuring guide, then pour it into a small pot. Heat over low heat and stir in this order: Reishi, Magnesium, Glycine, L-Theanine, and Ashwagandha, making sure each ingredient fully dissolves without letting the liquid boil. I use a small whisk, and the slow, deliberate mixing is part of what makes the ritual calming. Start with the listed servings and assess tolerance before adjusting. Important Disclaimer.
