Dear Midwives and Doulas - here is a collection of a lot of what we discussed, just to make it easier to take a closer look. If you want a few homeopathic remedies to try, this is a good place to pick them up. I included some homeopathic kits here - they are perfectly fine, however. I would find them too bulky to take to births, they are more home kits. The Washington National boxes are small, compact, and travel well. (see your Resources page). There are other excellent sources that are also only available directly - Zorex and Lauren Hubele's Gemmotherapy are two. Please don't hesitate to reach out, I'm glad to discuss the options if you need some help. (Info@IndigoForest.com). If you choose to order here with me, you always have 15% off, free ship over $50, and have access to their entire catalogue which includes practitioner-only brands such as Standard Process. Happy Health! Beth

Two items here are especially important, and also to be in these forms. One is the BroccoMax by Jarrow - one of the only versions of the broccoli sprouts that have maintained the unique enzyme critical for it being active in the body. And the other is the Liposomal Glutathione, Body Bio is a fantastic company for quality, and this is the liposomal form that is essential. The other's listed are good forms of some of the other remedies suggested in the Air eBook. As far as I can tell, these products should be generally safe for most pregnant moms, EXCEPT the Lung & Bronchial Tonic. OF COURSE, check further with your care provider if you have concerns or special conditions. Feel free to look around, it's ok if you use this 15% discount to stock up on any of your other supplements. Thanks! Beth
