Dynamic Duo - Magnesium & Vitamin D3

Most of us are deficient both Mag and Vit D, due to the impoverished mineral conditions of our soil from which our fruits and veggies come, and being indoors most of the time. Our bodies cannot absorb Vit D3 without Mag. Vitamin D is becoming well-known as a protective factor against COVID, but it has SO much more to offer. Magnesium is helpful for stool health, energy, and again, SO much more. It's important that you not over-consume, hence the products I've selected below (you don't need to stick with those, they are simply suggested). The general recommendations are: Mag: 350mg daily for adults Vit D3: 1000IU daily for adults (very important to combine with Mag so your body absorbs this vitamin and you don't "overdose", as well as taking this amount vs higher IUs unless prescribed by a Dr. due to a significant deficiency, and for a specific time-period only) Read this article for more info on the health benefits of each.
