    Here are the supplements to take when you feel a cold coming on. Take for 7 days: 10,000 IU Vitamin A. Take Douglas vitamin A 10,000 IU Vitamin D3. Take Pure Encapsulations Vitamin D3 10,000 IU 1000-2000mg Vitamin C, twice daily (less if have loose stools) Take DFH Vitamin C Buffered Powder 15mg zinc picolinate 3 times daily of Thorne Zinc Picolinate 15 mg.and take with food. Probiotic (AM and PM). Keep these in the refrigerator. Take Renew Life Ultimate Flora Extra Care 50 Billion For extra support, astragalus twice daily, just 2 days a week.
