JaLynn Gilbert - Functional Nutrition

Janiece Gilbert OTL

Hi, I’m "JaLynn", licensed occupational therapist and functional nutrition coach. I help women 35+ lose weight and feel strong without giving up the things they love: hiking, adventure, or travel. As a licensed occupational therapist, I look at the whole picture: your energy, stress, sleep, hormones, and the demands of your real life. As a functional nutrition coach, I look for root causes instead of defaulting to “eat less, move more.” Whether you’re a busy mom finally putting yourself first, a professional in perimenopause doing everything right while the scale won’t budge, or a woman training for a hiking, running, or tactical event, we’ll build a plan that fits your life instead of replacing it. Supplements and lab work are tools, not shortcuts. This shop is where you’ll find the professional-grade products I trust and the testing I recommend, chosen for you and paired with sustainable nutrition, movement, and recovery habits. You don’t have to choose between your health and your adventures. Let’s build a body that supports both. *Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you’re pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
