Jennifer Green's Dispensary

Jennifer Green, M.S., R.D.N.

I help women (and men) navigate weight changes and women navigate peri‑menopause with evidence‑based nutrition and real‑life understanding. I’ve walked this journey myself, and I know how important it is to feel supported, heard, and equipped with tools that actually work. I have been there! I had a food addiction in my 20s that I overcame and know the struggle with weight. I provide REAL help based on science and personal/professional experience. Check out my recommended lab stacks and supplement protocols—each one chosen to give you clarity, confidence, and results with products that are worth every penny. I started on this journey as a personal trainer in my early 20s. I realized I loved to counsel my clients on nutrition and decided to go back to school to become a registered dietitian. I have been a practicing registered dietitian for over 10 years and have a Master's of Science in Nutrition.
