Yeast/Mold/Parasite Cleanse

This is a gentle but powerful anti-microbial cleanse. These three supplements have helped hundreds of patients over the years with a vast array of symptoms and health complaints... from skin rashes to digestive distress to chronic fatigue. I believe everyone should cycle through anti-microbial supplements like these on a regular basis; at least once per year, if not three to four times. An anti-fungal diet will help your results occur faster and more powerfully. Avoid: Sweetening (sugar, honey, agave, maple syrup, corn syrup, barley malt, etc) juice, dried fruit, kombucha, alcohol, soy sauce, vinegar, miso, cheese, yeast. (Stevia, unsweetened grapefruit and lemon juice and all fresh fruit are OK) Foods containing wheat, rye, barley, spelt, & kamut. Oats NOT allowed at this time. milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, whey, casein, kefir (for at least 3-4 weeks, then gradually re-introduce organic, raw, A2 dairy in limited quantities if tolerated.)
