This is my general COVID or viral illness protocol. Begin at first sign of symptoms and continue beyond 5-6 days of symptom resolution. If you have a history of Kidney stones, consider limiting vitamin C. N acetyl Cysteine - this is an antioxidant and also an anti-viral. There is lot of published research demonstrating its efficacy against COVID 19. I recommend 600 mg 1-2 caps twice daily. We have this at the office if you want to arrange for contact-less pick up Vitamin C - 1000 mg two to three times daily Vitamin D - 5000 IU per day until well, then resume normal dose Zinc - 15 to 30 mg per day with food REST REST REST Stick to warm foods. Ginger tea with honey can be very soothing for symptoms. Limit added sugar (honey is OK)..sugar suppresses immunity for up to 6 hours.
