Please do not discontinue any prescribed blood pressure or heart medication without the supervision of a medical doctor. Please do not take magnesium or potassium if you have any history of kidney failure or reduced kidney function or if you are on a medication which reduces your kidney's ability to remove potassium from your body (ie, spironolactone). Improving blood pressure relies not only on supplements but a proper diet, sufficient to induce weight loss and even intermittent fasting. This must only be done under a doctors supervision.
