Josephine is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, whole-person care. She integrates primary care, mental health, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine to help patients achieve lasting health and wellness. With experience caring for patients across the lifespan, Josephine emphasizes prevention, patient education, and collaborative decision-making. She develops individualized treatment plans that support both physical and emotional well-being, recognizing the close connection between mind and body. Josephine has a special interest in metabolic health, weight management, healthy aging, women’s health, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and preventive care.
