Hello Liberators! Here is a list of the recommended supplements for the program that you can purchase here at 20% off. These supplements are totally optional, but they can be helpful for supporting your overall wellness. If a product is backordered it may not appear in this list or I will substitute it for something that is in stock. I have included options for protein powders as well as essential oils, and an essential oil diffuser which can be relaxing self-care tools. More detailed descriptions and instructions for the supplements can be found in your Body Liberation Program Guide. This protocol can be taken preventatively, at the first sign of illness, and/or before and after travel. The most crucial supplements included here are the Vitamin D, Zinc, and Vitamin C, and the others may offer additional support depending on your symptoms/diagnosis. You do not need to take all of these things at once, so please reach out to me for guidance on what may be most helpful. If you are pregnant or nursing, talk to your doctor before taking any supplements or medications.
