Omega 3 PLUS Vitamin D3 + K2

If you're looking to build a supplement routine without spending a fortune, my advice is simple: focus on the supplements that have the strongest evidence and benefit the most people. One of my favorite "bang for your buck" options is this quality supplement that combines Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2, and Omega-3 fatty acids into one convenient product. Why Vitamin D3? Vitamin D plays an important role in immune function, bone health, muscle strength, and overall wellness. Despite its nickname as the "sunshine vitamin," many adults don't maintain optimal vitamin D levels due to spending more time indoors, using sunscreen, living in northern climates, or simply not getting enough sun exposure year-round. Why pair it with Vitamin K2? Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium, while Vitamin K2 helps direct that calcium where it belongs, which is into your bones and teeth instead of soft tissues like your arteries. Together, these nutrients work as a team to support healthy bones and cardiovascular health. Why Omega-3s? Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) support heart health, brain function, eye health, and help regulate inflammation throughout the body. Since most Americans don't eat the recommended two servings of fatty fish each week, an omega-3 supplement can help fill that nutritional gap.
View protocolOura Ring 5 - Health Tracker

Hello everyone! More super exciting news - I’m now able to offer a special 10% discount on the brand-new Oura Ring 5 through my Fullscript practitioner account! This new ring is smaller and thinner, making it even easier to track your health metrics. If you’ve been curious about it, this is a great time to give it a try. It’s one of my favorite tools for tracking sleep quality, recovery, stress, activity levels, and daily readiness - all of which we can use to make more personalized, effective adjustments to your plan. If you decide to get one, you’ll also have the option to link your data with me so we can review insights together during sessions (completely optional for current clients). So cool! Let me know if you have any questions! Health & Hugs, Jen
View protocolFibers

Food, hydration, and routine always come first. But when those foundations are in place and things still feel inconsistent, targeted fiber supplementation can be a helpful next layer for supporting rhythm, stool quality, and easier elimination. Two of the most evidence-backed options I often use clinically are Psyllium husk and partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG). Psyllium husk is a soluble, gel-forming fiber that helps normalize bowel movements in both directions by adding bulk, softening stool, and supporting smoother transit. It also feeds beneficial gut bacteria through fermentation. PHGG (SunFiber) is a very gentle, low-viscosity fiber that tends to be better tolerated in sensitive digestion—it supports regularity, improves stool form, and produces short-chain fatty acids that support colon health without much bloating. Both can be started low and slowly increased with adequate fluids, making them flexible tools depending on tolerance and symptoms.
View protocolCreatine

Creatine monohydrate powder can be mixed into water or other beverages and taken at any time of day. Stay well-hydrated while taking creatine, and if you have any kidney concerns or other medical conditions, discuss creatine supplementation with your healthcare provider before starting. Choose either the canister or single-serve packets for on-the-go convenience.
View protocolMagnesium Glycinate

If there is one supplement I consistently see make a noticeable difference for clients, it is magnesium! Up to half of adults are not getting enough, and modern stress, blood sugar swings, thyroid issues, poor sleep, and certain medications only increase our need. Even if you eat well, today’s depleted soils mean our food may not provide the same mineral density it once did. Low magnesium can quietly show up as restless sleep, muscle tension, headaches, irritability, constipation, or difficulty stabilizing blood sugar (think highs/lows, cravings). Magnesium glycinate is my go-to form because it is highly absorbable, gentle on digestion, and calming to the nervous system. It supports deeper sleep, balanced blood pressure, improved insulin sensitivity, healthy thyroid conversion, muscle recovery, and regular digestion. Unlike magnesium citrate, it is far less likely to cause loose stools. Most people benefit from 200 to 400 mg of elemental magnesium in the evening, starting low and increasing gradually.
