"GSE (Grapefruit Seed Extract) liquid is amazing and I love it, but it is a little bit of a pain in the behind. It tastes awful so you can put it in an empty gelcap and take it that way so you don't have to taste it. Start low. Increase by one drop every time you take it. Always take it with food and liquid. It must be diluted in the stomach or it can bother the stomach lining. Once you know how many drops you can tolerate, you can go right up to that amount any time you are sick with any virus. I always like to follow a capsule with a little bit of solid food to make sure the capsule went down. If a gelcap of this gets stuck in your esophagus and opens up, it is very painful. Don't let that happen. So even with these caveats, I LOVE grapefruit seed extract."
