Fibromyalgia

2-4 Capsules

once per day

Additional notes

"with meals. This is the type most tolerated without causing loose stools. Any magnesium can do that though, so if you get loose stools with this, consider time released magnesium. This can all be taken at one meal or spread out among meals."

2-5 Capsules

once per day

Ongoing

Additional notes

"with food. This type of magnesium has the most laxative effect so it is the one to take if you have slow elimination or don't have a bowel movement at least once per day. This can be taken all at once with one meal or spread out among meals."

2-3 Capsules

evening

Ongoing

Additional notes

"1 hour before bedtime. I have a 50mg pill listed and a 100mg pill listed. It is best to slowly work this up in dosage. It takes a minimum of 200mg before noticing an effect. Occasionally people have to take this in the am. You will know it if you need to do that because this will keep you up. Another reason to try it in 50mg first, to find out if you need am or pm dosing. 5htp can help considerably with gut issues."

1-3 Capsules

once per day

Additional notes

"It is nice to have this in a 50 mg pill to start and to be able to more easily adjust your dose. Everyone who needs this needs at least 200mg, but it can take considerably more for some. 5htp can help considerably with gut issues."

For Immune support

Additional notes

"1 per week."

1-4 Capsules

once per day

For Energy support

Additional notes

"You can slowly work up to 4 times per day if needed. This helps with body pains and it can also help with waking at night to urinate. It might take 2-3 before that effect is noticed. Work very slowly up with this supplement. This is a very metabolically active form of thiamine and it can make a lot of things happen in the body that haven't happened in a while. It can have side effects as it pushes metabolism. Usually not with one pill, but with 2 or 3, which may be quite helpful, but can reveal some other deficiencies. Mainly other B vitamins"

1 Unit

twice per day

Additional notes

"You can try 1 pump two times a day or 2 pumps in the am. B complex is often low in fibromyalgia, so taking a high quality B complex can relieve a lot of pain. This is energizing so I would not take it a late in the day."

1 Capsule

once per day

For Immune support

Additional notes

"I prefer this one to the once per week Vitamin D. This one has K1 and K2 in it, which are really needed along with Vitamin D. Everyone could use a little Vitamin A since we don't eat liver anymore."

1.00 Capsule

once per day

Ongoing

Additional notes

"on an empty stomach."
