"This can be ground in a coffee grinder or dry blender. I give this in 1/16th of a teaspoon increments even to a very small baby in a bottle of breast milk or formula. By the time a baby is 10-12 pounds or over, they may be able to take 1/8 of a teaspoon. You can work up to be given every 3-4 hours with every bottle or with each meal. 3 days is often long enough to give this. Sometimes one day is long enough. I only gave 1/8 a teaspoon each bottle for one day to get rid of months of thrush in my twins. The thrush never came back and I never gave it to them again until months later for a different reason."
