"Start with one drop per day, then gradually increase to therapeutic dosage of 15 drops twice per day. Example of titration process: Day one, take 1 drop in the morning and 0 at night. Day two, take 1 drop in the morning and one drop at night. Day three, take 2 drops in the morning and 1 drop at night. You will simply add one drop either in the morning or at night to keep the dosage even for both times of day. Take your time titrating, as to avoid intense die-off symptoms. Must be taken on an empty stomach, at least 30-60 minutes before meals."
