"LSF is more potent than the liquid formula. So if you are taking orally, start with one pump in 2-4 ounces of water, stir, then only drink one third of the solution. You will titrate up slowly depending on your tolerance of die-off symptoms. Each pump is 5 drops of the liquid formula, so you may have to move slowly. Or simply start with the liquid and work your way up to the LSF, or just use the LSF topically and the liquid orally."
