    Healing a Leaky Gut from Auto-Immune and Food Intolerances: Ion Gut Support is my favorite product to reduce impact of glyphosate/Round-Up damage in the gut and re-colonize with probiotics..Dr. Zach Bush has hundreds of videos on the research behind this product and it made a HUGE impact in my gut health and my auto-immune clients. (It comes in 32oz size if you like it!) I prefer to only use probiotics occasionally and not every day for life.. You can alternate the 2 below as they work very differently. Sometimes you need a complete gut reset/cleanse with herbs and colonics if severe issues. Remember to eat pre-biotic foods with the fiber that feeds the probiotics. Most plant based foods are helpful while eliminating SUGARS. Highest amount of prebiotics in leeks, onions, garlic, oats, bananas, apples, asparagus, and many more foods.
