Stress Support

8 more items in Stress SupportHere are some great options for stress support and lowering cortisol levels. My favorite for morning sluggishness is Rhodiola (1-2 capsules). I like Cortisol Manager at bedtime. The others are great options and nutrient support as needed.
View protocolMetabolic Health/Insulin Resistance

5 more items in Metabolic Health/Insulin ResistanceThe metabolic xtra is one option for metabolic health/IR and the other option is to combine the Berberine with the alpha lipoic acid. The vitamin D3, fish oil, and creatine go with either option. I personally will rotate between the metabolic xtra for 8 weeks, then the berberine/alpha lipoic acid for 8 weeks. I have also included a few good flavors of Thorne's protein powders.
View protocolMitochondria Support/Energy

7 more items in Mitochondria Support/EnergyHere is a variety of supplements with ingredients known to support mitochondria function. Some of my favorites are the Urolithin A, acetyl-L-Carnitine, NAC, & Alpha Lipoic Acid. ou don't need them all, I would just pick a few to start.
View protocolSleep Support Protocol

6 more items in Sleep Support ProtocolYou do NOT need all of these. First phase of sleep protocol is adding a Magnesium, so good choices are the Magnesium Glycinate (up to 3 capsules) 60 minutes before bed. Second phase is adding glycine. I have included glycine capsules if you prefer a capsule and a powder form if you prefer a powder form. Third phase is adding a melatonin for short-term use (3-6 months). For issues with falling asleep, choose an instant release formula and take 60 minutes before bed. For issues staying asleep, choose the sustained-release formula, take 1-3 hours before bed. For issues with falling asleep and staying asleep, choose the combined formula by Life Extensions. In times of high stress (cortisol), here are a few favorites to add on: Cortisol Manager as a first choice OR the Ashwagandha. You will sleep better soon with this protocol!
View protocolFavorite Magtein (Magnesium Threonate)

You do not need all 3, just pick one. These are my top choices for Magtein. This is the form of magnesium to that crosses the blood brain barrier to support memory, cognition, mood, sleep, and stress response. It can be taken with or without food, but may be taken with food if you have a sensitive stomach. Take it during day or 1 to 3 hours before bedtime.
