Kimberly Hearn

Kimberly Hearn, BS, CMS-CHt is the founder of Kimberly Hearn Healing, where the medical meets the mystical. With a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, her foundation includes rigorous training and certifications from ACSM and NSCA, which informed over a decade of leadership in the fitness industry. For more than 10 years, she guided individuals toward peak performance—until her own journey with chronic illness required her to step back, homeschool her two children, and devote herself to healing in every way possible. Born with a birth defect and navigating chronic illness since childhood, Kimberly has spent her life learning how to transform struggle into strength. These experiences shaped her mission to help women heal from within and prepare for vibrant motherhood, because she believes that when women heal, generations thrive! Through her personal journey, Kimberly discovered the transformative power of holistic and energy medicine, blending scientific knowledge with ancient wisdom to support profound recovery. In 2019, she launched her own business to help other women navigate the same challenges she has faced, focusing on detoxified living, gut health, and targeted pregnancy preparation. She went on to develop the Medamys™ Method, a medical to mystical healing framework, along with the Gut Healing Goddess™ restoration program, which focuses on gut health as the root to health and longevity. Today, Kimberly specializes in helping women heal from chronic illness - mind, body, and soul - so they can prepare for pregnancy, experience natural childbirth, and thrive as mothers. Through her programs, organic skincare line, and integrative healing approach, Kimberly is dedicated to empowering women to create healthier bodies, healthier babies, and a brighter future for generations to come.
