These are the supplements I take every day since my own cancer journey. Metastatic cancer affected my bones, and my medications changed what my body needs. Calcium: my bone medication pulls calcium from my blood, and low calcium causes cramping. D3 + K2: helps my body absorb and use calcium (and most of us in the Northeast run low on D). Magnesium & Potassium: key electrolytes that help keep cramping away. B Vitamins (Homocysteine Resist): B2, B6, folate, and B12. Some medications, like diuretics, flush out B vitamins. Electrolyte Drink Powders: an easy way to replace the fluids and electrolytes my diuretic flushes out, especially on hot or active days. I included three flavors for variety. Berry-Licious is my favorite! Two-Per-Day Multivitamin: covers the basics. The targeted supplements above give higher doses where I need them most. Everyone's needs are different. Please check with your doctor first, especially if you have kidney issues (potassium), take blood thinners (K2), or need to watch your salt intake (electrolytes). If you're not sure what you need, ask your doctor about labs to see where you may be low. With so much hugs, love & light, Kiri 🌙
