Cognitive and Brain Fog Support

Brain fog is usually a symptom of something else. Poor sleep, an untreated thyroid, low B12, a medication side effect, or depression itself. Sorting that out matters more than anything on this list, so treat these two as support while we work on the cause. Creatine . Best known for muscle, but it is also studied for mental clarity and fatigue, with better effects in people who are sleep deprived or under stress. Omega-3 EPA . The fats in this supplement are structural components of brain cell membranes, and low levels are common. Give these three months. Neither works quickly, and nothing here will feel like a stimulant. Omega-3 is also in the Core Spine, and creatine is in the Energy and Hormone protocols. If either is already on a list we sent you, do not add a second bottle. If either is already in something you buy on your own, tell us and we will take it off this list. Every product here was chosen to be safe alongside psychiatric medication.
OCD, Rumination, Body-Focused Repetitive Behavior Support

This one is a single product, and it is the supplement with the most support behind it for repetitive behaviors like skin picking, hair pulling, and getting stuck in a loop of the same thought. NAC, or N-acetyl cysteine . It works on the glutamate system, which is different from how antidepressants work, which is part of why it is sometimes useful alongside them. Two things people usually want to know. It takes a while. Most of the research runs eight to twelve weeks before a difference shows up. This is not one you judge in a month. It can smell like sulfur, and it can upset your stomach at first. Start with the lower dose, take it with food, and give your system a week to adjust before going up. This supports your treatment plan. For these symptoms, therapy and medication do the heavier work, and NAC is an addition to them rather than a substitute. If you are already taking NAC on your own, tell us and we will take it off this list. Every product here was chosen to be safe alongside psychiatric medication.
Energy and Fatigue Support

Fatigue has more reversible causes than almost any other symptom, so the first step here is finding out what is actually low. Creatine . Studied for both fatigue and low mood, with some of the better evidence in this category. CoQ10 . Involved in how your cells produce energy. Often recommended if you take a statin. NAD+ . A newer option that supports cellular energy production. The research is still early, and how much of an oral dose reaches your cells is not well established. Give it six to eight weeks before deciding. Rhodiola . A plant extract studied for fatigue. Take it in the morning, not later in the day. Some of the most common causes of fatigue only show up on a lab. Low iron, low B12, low vitamin D, and thyroid problems are all treatable and all easy to miss. We can order those labs for you. If your labs show something low, we will add what you need at the dose your numbers call for. We do not recommend iron or B12 without a result first, because guessing at those can cause harm. If you are still tired after twelve weeks, the next step is a conversation, not another supplement. Creatine is also in the Women's and Men's Hormone protocols, and CoQ10 is also in the Migraine list. If either is already on a list we sent you, do not add a second bottle. If anything here is already in something you buy on your own, tell us and we will take it off this list. Every product here was reviewed against your medication list by your provider.
Anxiety Support

Three products that support a calmer baseline without sedation. Silexan lavender oil . A specific lavender oil preparation studied in controlled trials, where it showed a difference from placebo by about four weeks. Not habit forming, not sedating. L-theanine . Supports a calm, alert state. Can be taken daily or in the moment, and it will not make you drowsy. Magnesium glycinate . Involved in the pathways that regulate the stress response. The glycinate form is the best tolerated and least likely to upset your stomach. Give the lavender a few weeks. A mild lavender burp is common in the first days and usually settles. Taking it with a full glass of water and a little food helps. Every product here was chosen to be safe alongside psychiatric medication. Magnesium is also part of the Core Spine, and L-theanine is also in the Sleep Protocol. If either is already on a list we sent you, do not add a second bottle. Keep the one you have. If anything here is already in something you buy on your own, tell us and we will take it off this list.
Core Mood Support

Four nutrients with the most consistent evidence behind them for mood, and the ones most often found low in people being treated for depression and anxiety. Omega-3 EPA . The most studied nutrient for supporting mood alongside treatment. Vitamin D3 with K2 . Low levels are common and have been linked to low mood. Magnesium . Involved in the pathways that regulate stress response and sleep. Methylated B-complex . B12 and folate in the forms your body can use directly, both needed to make the neurotransmitters that affect mood. Every product here was chosen to be safe alongside psychiatric medication. ***If anything here is already in another protocol we sent you, or in something you buy on your own, do not take both. Tell us what you already have and we will take it off this list.
