    Pick one probiotic. It's beneficial to switch brands when you finish a bottle to keep introducing new strains of healthy bacteria. You have the option of liquid or powder for the probiotics. Powder - wet or lick your finger, dip it in probiotic powder and wipe probiotics in the inside cheek of baby immediately before nursing.
