    My kids are all different ages and stages. My oldest son doesn't like gummies, my youngest goes for the gummies, and my 7 year old does the chewable. Hence, a good variety of options here.     I have two different multivitamins to choose from here. I also recommend Vitamin D3+K2, and Omega-3. Add libido support if needed. Remember, you can't compensate for a poor diet with supplements alone.     Glutathione is a SUPER powerful antioxidant. This stuff isn't the best tasting but the benefits of it are amazing! I get SO much energy on this. NAC is great precursor to glutathione.     Love creatine! Benefits beyond the muscles. Perfect Aminos ARE nearly perfect. Just clean your cup after using them Pre-workout mix is great boost without the jitters! For protein- My husband likes Whey. I don't tolerate dairy well so I opt for the PurePaleo. I love a protein shake before or after a workout. The PurePaleo is tough to mix completely in liquid (because they don't all all the anti-caking junk) ...so beware, lumps if not blended. I love adding this to oatmeal for a protein boost. Green smoothies I add the vanilla, it's perfect! Creatine I like to use after a strength workout. Bonus- awesome for your cognition and brain health!
