Haven Health & Wellness Company

Lisa Crowley

Lisa is the Founder of Haven Health & Wellness Company, a Board-Certified Integrative & Holistic Health Practitioner. I am an experienced and compassionate Integrative Health Practitioner committed to helping individuals achieve optimal wellness through a holistic, non-medical approach. With a deep understanding of functional health principles and the latest advancements in wellness science, I specialize in uncovering and addressing the root causes of health imbalances rather than merely managing symptoms. At the core of my practice is the use of advanced functional lab testing to gain detailed insights into an individual’s health. These tests provide a window into critical areas such as gut health, hormone balance, metabolic function, nutrient deficiencies, and detoxification pathways. By interpreting this data, I craft personalized wellness plans designed to support the body's natural ability to heal and thrive. With a focus on empowering clients, I combine scientific insights with practical, achievable strategies. Each plan integrates elements of functional nutrition, targeted supplementation, stress management, and lifestyle adjustments to create a comprehensive roadmap for well-being. I work collaboratively with clients, ensuring they feel informed, motivated, and supported every step of the way. Bringing two decades in the medical field and a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner. This foundation, paired with a genuine passion for seeing clients succeed, allows me to address a wide range of concerns, including chronic fatigue, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, stress-related conditions, and more. Outside of the practice, Lisa is a lifelong learner dedicated to staying current with the latest research in holistic and functional approaches to health. I am also a passionate advocate for wellness education and frequently contributes to community workshops, webinars, and articles on integrative health topics. When not working with clients, Lisa enjoys hiking, cooking nutritious meals, juicing, sourdough baking, practicing mindfulness, and spending time with family, embodying the balanced lifestyle I encourage in others. My mission is to inspire and empower individuals to reclaim their health, unlock their vitality, and live their best lives.
