    This protocol for COVID-19 prevention to support you immune system was designed by Dr. Vladamir Zelenko, MD. He has successfully treated many of his patients using this protocol. A healthy diet and adequate sleep are also important. Protocol: Zinc 25 mg daily Vitamin D3 5000 iu daily Vitamin C 1000mg daily Quercetin 500mg daily. If quercetin is unavailable, he then recommends using EGCG 400mg daily. You can either purchase these items separately or take 1 scoop of BioFizz Immune daily. *BioFizz Immune is a very popular product. If unavailable, you can order and Fullscript will send to you as soon as in stock. **Please note: If you are already on Vitamin D, don't add more and it is always best to know what your vitamin D level is. Optimal is 50-80. If you have a history of kidney stones or if have G6PD deficiency you will want to avoid taking Vitamin C.
