    These are some of my favorites for preventing illness or attacking it as soon as I feel something coming on! The biocidin throat spray and Sovereign silver or Iodine nose spray work great for anything cold/sinus/throat related. That's often where I first feel something. I'm using the propolis to try on the kids (there's also a specific kids version available) Elderberry and Echinacea you may be able to find local/homemade!
