Dr. Logan's Protein Juice
This is the simplest most tastiest way to get protein in, and so simple. It's just one scoop of each of the powders, 1 packet and I add lemon juice to taste. For a Kool-aid flavor add a few squirts of your favorite water enhancer, and it's a done deal!

Hey Family, Here is a list of our top recommended products for vaccine detox. We recommend beginning these at least one week before and continuing until 3-4 weeks after detox. 1. Glutathione: Master antioxidant, detoxifier, and immune enhancer 2. PureZyme: This systemic enzyme optimizes the flow of red blood cells to support elimination and detoxification. 3. Vitamin D: Having a healthy level of Vitamin D supports multiple immune system functions, including reducing inflammatory proteins- called cytokines- that increase after receiving a vaccination. 4. Cod Liver Oil: Excellent source of Vitamin A, Vitamin D, and Omega-3 fatty acids, which decrease blood clot formation and reduce systemic inflammation. 5. Vitamin C: Helps to recycle glutathione, which is our master detoxification compound in the liver. 6. Co-Q 10: Excellent for mitochondrial support 7. Methyl-B12: Excellent for methylation support We also recommend doing the following: 1. Epsom salt baths daily (my family does this everynight any way) and add 5 drops of Purification Essential oil to the tub. 2. Drink 2 bottles of Fiji (or silica mineral rich) water daily. Fiji water is enriched with silica, which has been shown to reduce the heavy metal burden in the body. 3. Exercise/sweating: Let your child play until they break a sweat. This naturally helps to clear the body of toxins. 4. Massage the lymph nodes: The  Lymphatic  system is  the  clean-‐up  crew  of  the  body  and  massage   helps remove  cell  wastes,  proteins,  excess  fluid,  viruses,  and  bacteria  trapped  in  the   lymph  nodes. 5. Make sure you/your child are pooping daily! If not, add some magnesium (I like the Magnesium calm powder) at night.
