Eve Guzman, MLS (ASCP) is a nutritionist, scientist, business coach, and CEO of MacroU, where she helps women ditch fad diets, balance their hormones, lose weight effectively, and build their metabolism through evidence-based coaching. After personally losing 150 pounds through exercise and science-based nutrition, Eve turned her expertise into a mission to educate and mentor coaches. She is the creator of the Macro Nutrition Coaching Certification (Macro Mentorship)—a 4-month NASM, AFAA, and ISSA-approved CEU program that combines macro nutrition coaching with business strategy—and the Functional Nutrition Coaching Certification (FNC), an advanced program that teaches coaches how to integrate lab testing, hormone health, and functional strategies into their practice. In addition to her academic training, Eve has worked as a medical laboratory scientist for 13 years and managed both Clinical Pathology and Genetic Toxicology laboratories. She led teams running high-complexity testing and alongside pathologists, toxicologists and medical directors bringing the miracles of modern medicine to market.
