✨ GALLBLADDER SOS PROTOCOL ✨

Digestive issues (especially diarrhea) after eating fatty, oily or greasy meals can indicate poor bile health. Bile is stored in the gallbladder and released into the small intestine anytime we consume fat.

Ideally, bile should be thin and free-flowing but if you are experiencing symptoms, it may be thick and congested. The medical term for this is "biliary sludge", which can lead to gallstones and gallbladder removal.

Beta TCP contains nutrients known to improve improve the health & quality of bile. You can take 2-3 tablets twice a day with food for 2-4 weeks.

Pancreatin & Ox Bile is a digestive aid that can be taken with every single meal while we improve the quality of your bile. This should improve any digestive symptoms almost immediately. You can take 1-3 capsules per meal (more for larger, fattier meals and less for smaller, low-fat meals). This should NOT be taken on an empty stomach.

My hope is that you can discontinue taking both of these within 4-6 weeks, at which point the quality of your bile should be greatly improved.
