  • For 2 months

  • Additional notes

"Take 2 pumps upon waking on an empty stomach. Hold under the tongue for at least 30 seconds, then swallow. Wait 10–15 minutes before food, coffee, or warm liquids so absorption is not reduced. This product is included for antioxidant and cellular support. Start with 1 pump for the first few days if you are sensitive to supplements, then increase to the full dose if tolerated. Stop use and contact a healthcare provider if you develop rash, itching, swelling, wheezing, unusual shortness of breath, severe nausea, cramping, diarrhea, headaches, or any reaction that feels concerning. Use extra caution if pregnant, breastfeeding, undergoing chemotherapy/radiation, managing a serious chronic illness, or taking multiple medications."

Dosage instructions

  • Dosage amount:

    2.00 Capsules

  • afternoon

  • Take with food

  • For 2 months

  • Additional notes

"Take 2 capsules once daily with a major meal. Take with food and water. If you are sensitive, start with 1 capsule daily for 3–4 days, then increase to 2 capsules if tolerated. This formula contains liver and gut support nutrients/herbs, including ingredients such as milk thistle, turmeric, amino acids, and NAC-based support from the original protocol. Use caution if you take prescription medications, especially blood thinners, diabetes medications, blood pressure medications, nitroglycerin, immune-suppressing medications, or cancer-treatment medications. NAC can interact with nitroglycerin and may increase the risk of low blood pressure or headaches. Do not use without medical guidance if pregnant, breastfeeding, preparing for surgery, taking blood thinners, have gallbladder disease, liver disease, kidney disease, bleeding disorders, ulcers, or a ragweed/daisy-family allergy. Milk thistle may cause allergic reactions in people sensitive to ragweed, chrysanthemum, marigold, or daisy, and NCCIH recommends talking with a healthcare provider before using milk thistle with medications. Turmeric/curcumin can cause GI upset, and higher-bioavailability curcumin products have been linked to liver injury in some people; stop and contact a provider if you notice dark urine, yellowing of the skin/eyes, poor appetite, unusual fatigue, nausea, or upper-right abdominal pain. Dosage instructions

  • Dosage amount:

    1.00 Capsule

  • morning

  • Take with food

  • For 2 months

  • Additional notes

"Take 1 capsule once daily with your first solid meal. Do not stack this with other selenium-containing supplements unless a healthcare provider has reviewed your total selenium intake. Selenium is helpful in small amounts, but too much can be harmful. The adult tolerable upper limit is 400 mcg per day from all sources, including supplements, multivitamins, Brazil nuts, and fortified foods. Signs of excess selenium can include garlic-like breath odor, metallic taste, nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, irritability, hair loss, brittle nails, rash, or nervous system symptoms. Use caution if you have thyroid disease, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are undergoing chemotherapy. The NIH notes selenium may interact with certain medications, including cisplatin, and selenium supplementation is not automatically beneficial unless someone actually needs it. "

Lifestyle recommendations

Other
  • 60-Day Lifestyle Support Plan

For the best experience with this 60-day antioxidant, liver, and gut support protocol, keep your lifestyle steady and simple. Focus on whole, nutrient-dense meals with protein, colorful vegetables, fruit, fiber-rich foods, and healthy fats. Fiber from foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds helps support healthy digestion.

Drink water consistently throughout the day and avoid extreme fasting, crash dieting, laxatives, or aggressive “detox” practices. Detox and cleanse claims are often overstated, and some detox approaches can be unsafe, so this protocol should be viewed as gentle wellness support, not a medical detox.

Aim for regular bowel movements while on the protocol. If constipation, diarrhea, nausea, dizziness, rash, unusual fatigue, or symptoms that feel concerning occur, pause the protocol and contact a healthcare provider.

Support daily elimination and circulation with light movement, walking, stretching, or your normal exercise routine as tolerated. Adults are generally encouraged to get at least 150 minutes of moderate activity per week plus 2 days of strengthening activity, but clients should stay within their own ability level.

Prioritize sleep and stress support. Most adults need at least 7 hours of sleep per night, and poor sleep can make it harder to feel well during any wellness protocol.

Optional sauna or sweating may be used only if already tolerated. Avoid sauna if pregnant, dehydrated, dizzy, heat-sensitive, drinking alcohol, or advised against it by a healthcare provider.

Duration: Follow these lifestyle recommendations for the same 60 days as the supplement protocol, then reassess.
