VITAMIN A SUPPLEMENT If you're looking for a vitamin A supplement, I like Hi-Po Emulsi-A by Designs for Health. Each drop provides 5,000 IU (1,500 mcg RAE) of preformed vitamin A as retinyl palmitate , which means it is already in a form the body can use rather than needing to first convert beta-carotene from plant foods. It's also a liquid, so the amount can be measured one drop at a time. Important:  This product's suggested everyday serving is 1 drop. This is different from the much higher therapeutic vitamin A doses used in children with measles and discussed in the CDC section. High-dose vitamin A should be used under healthcare supervision, particularly in children and during pregnancy. Belladonna 30C Traditionally considered when symptoms come on quickly with intense heat, a flushed red face, throbbing headache, bright or glassy eyes, light sensitivity and sudden high fever. The person may be tired, irritable and very thirsty. Apis mellifica 30C Traditionally considered when tissues appear puffy, swollen, red or itchy, particularly when symptoms feel worse from warmth and better with cool applications. Allium cepa 30C Traditionally considered when a profuse, watery runny nose is a major symptom, especially when the nasal discharge feels irritating or burning. Hepar sulphuris 30C Traditionally considered when throat, ear or respiratory discomfort becomes prominent, with marked sensitivity to cold air or touch. The cough may sound harsh and become worse when exposed to cold air. Aconitum napellus 30C Traditionally considered during the sudden beginning of an illness, particularly when fever develops rapidly and is accompanied by marked restlessness, fear, anxiety or agitation. Sulphur 30C Traditionally considered when skin symptoms remain prominent or recovery seems to linger. The person may feel especially warm, itchy or uncomfortable from heat. POTENCY NOTE For a general home-support protocol, 30C is the more conservative potency to list. Higher potencies such as 200C are typically more individualized in traditional homeopathic practice and are better selected with guidance from an experienced homeopathic practitioner. PMG's promote healing over time. Protomorphogens are extracts of the nucleic acids from the nucleus of the cell. The nucleic acids, of course, control the function of the cell. Many doctors use the terms protomorphogens and glandular interchangeably. While not strictly accurate, the protomorphogen is the fundamental type of glandular product, and the principal source of the reputation earned over many decades for clinical results, especially in chronic cases. The PMGs are used when a gland is under-active or when it is over-active. Suppose your thyroid is under-active, you need Thytrophin PMG. You would also need Thytrophin if your thyroid was overactive due to the presence of a tumor. Sometimes a gland appears to be overactive when it's just that the antagonistic gland is under-active. This is the tricky thing about endocrinology. Three products are actually combinations of PMGs -Paraplex, Symplex M and Symplex F. The "M" stands for "male," and the "F" for "female." The Paraplex is mainly for diabetics and hypoglycemic. You can see that Paraplex, Symplex F and Symplex M each contain pituitary, thyroid and adrenal extracts. This is where the similarity ends. While Paraplex contains pancreas extract, Symplex F contains ovarian extract and Symplex M, orchic extract. A woman in menopause might do better on Symplex F than she does on straight ovarian extract. Perhaps her thyroid and her adrenals are underactive and need support along with her ovaries. That's why we have these products containing extracts of more than just one gland.

One of the compounds that vinyl chloride breaks down to when burned is phosgene (COCI2 - carbon monoxide bound to chlorine), an agent used for chemical warfare. It is super table in the lower atmosphere, doesn't break down in the sunlight, and has a half life of over 100 years. Even with hydrolysis when in contact with water vapor, it takes a long time to break down further. Phosgene is a major industrial chemical used to make plastics and pesticides. Many of the root causes of kidney stones I find are gut dysbiosis manifesting via the kidneys, imbalanced Ca/P ratio & oxalates as a contributor from stagnation, produced by colonized mold or candida & diet. Calcium & phosphorus must be in a certain balance in the body. They are opposites. Normal blood ratio is 4 parts phosphorus to 10 parts calcium. If this ratio is disturbed such as 3 parts phosphorus to 10 parts calcium, there’s not enough phosphorus to hold the calcium in the solution & the extra calcium starts precipitating out of the body fluids. If it precipitates into your kidneys, it forms kidney stones If it precipitates on to your teeth, it becomes tartar If it precipitates in your bones, you can have arthritis If it precipitates in your eyes, it can create cataracts All of these symptoms are phosphorus deficiency. We need enough phosphorus that does not contain calcium, so we can raise the phosphorus level if it’s low. In contrast, if the ratio is 4 parts phosphorus to 9 parts calcium. That’s a calcium deficiency. This would lead to erosion of the teeth. This does not mean you have too much phosphorus, it means you don’t have enough calcium to hold the phosphorus. Also, I find unresolved fear/shame, undissolved anger, disappointment, a change in life direction or unstable living conditions. Fear directs dis-ease towards the kidneys as they are the weak link in many personality types. Often the person will have flank pain in the lower back (see my enema highlight for more info on this). *Fear increases sympathetic dominance & contributes to an unregulated nervous system as well.
