    Carry these remedies with you so that you are prepared for emergencies: Arnica Montana for physical or emotional injury, fall, shock, or trauma. Aconite for when an injury or shock is accompanied by extreme restlessness, anxiety, or intense fear. Arnica Cream to put on bruises, sprains, or sore muscles. Rescue Remedy for emotional emergencies and shock. Rescue Cream to apply to the wrist, neck, ankles or other part of the body.
