    These are some of our favorite cold, flu, and immune enhancing supplements. It is recommended to start Pure Defense w/NAC and Andrographis Plus at the first sign of symptoms. Consider taking daily vitamin D with K2 and Theralac (pre & probiotic) to maintain immunity, and adding vitamin C, and Mycommunity during the winter months.
